Delivery, provided the product is available, takes place within 1-7 working days from the date the order is paid. It may also be delayed if it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by email (if a problem arises with your order, whether in relation to the product or to its payment) because, for example, the details you have registered are not correctly updated. In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all the alternative solutions.
Returns policy: You have 14 calendar days to return a product that does not satisfy you, accompanied by the proof of purchase. This right of return can only be accepted for products that are returned in their original condition (complete packaging, accessories, instructions for use, etc.). The customer is not charged any cost other than the return shipping costs. Products that are returned incomplete or have been damaged, or are broken or soiled by the Customer, are not accepted. The return period mentioned above is counted from the day after the delivery of the order. The packaging of the parcel to be returned must be careful so that there is no damage to the contents during its transport to us. Once we receive the returned products, we refund the amount you had paid for their purchase within 14 calendar days. For any discrepancies, damage or defective products upon receipt of goods by the customer, the latter must notify us within 7 calendar days.
